Delivery Details

For shopping online orders received between Monday - Friday before 12pm we will endeavour to despatch the publication(s) the same day by standard Royal Mail.

For shopping online orders received between Monday - Friday after 12pm we will endeavour to despatch the publication(s) on the next working day by standard Royal Mail.

UK delivery; allow 3 to 5 days from date of despatch for your order to arrive.

Overseas delivery; allow 7 to 14 days for Europe and 12 to 24 days for the rest of the world.   

For shopping online orders weighing over 1500g we will endeavour to despatch the publication(s) by courier 1-3 day service.  

Any shopping online orders which are urgently required, customers should contact hvcapublications@welplan.co.uk or call us on 01768 860405 to make special delivery arrangements.   

All PO Box orders must have a contact telephone number.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If any item is out of stock you will be advised by e-mail the next working day. 

Postage Costs

UK orders – Royal Mail standard delivery – free of charge.

Overseas orders – owing to the many different combinations of items that may form an order, it is difficult to offer a universal shipping cost.  If you wish to find out the delivery cost for a specific order, you may wish to place all the required items into your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout page.  There is no obligation to buy at this point.
