Employers/Sub-contractor Warranty Agreement
This warranty is an agreement between an Employer and the Sub-Contractor. It is to be executed by the Employer, the Sub-Contractor, and the Main Contractor, for the purpose of acknowledging that the Sub-Contractor will not be in breach of the Sub-Contract.
