Q:
How do I update my details?
A:
Your details can be changed by logging into My Account. To login or register for an account, please use the 'Log in' link at the top of the page. Once logged in you can change your account details.

Forgotten your password?
A:
If you have forgotten your password click on the 'Log in' link at the top of the screen and select 'Forgotten password' then enter your email address to have a new password sent to you.
My Order

How long does it take to process my order?
A:
Orders received (following credit or debit card clearance) by 12.00 pm (UK time) Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 12.00 pm (UK time) will be despatched the next working day. Orders received over the weekend or during a public holiday will be despatched on the first working day after the break. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If any item is out of stock you will be advised by e-mail the next working day.
Q:
How will my order be devlivered?
A:
UK deliveries are via Royal Mail using first class postage; allow 3 to 5 days from date of despatch for your order to arrive. Overseas delivery; allow 7 to 14 days for Europe and 12 to 24 days for the rest of the world. For shopping online orders weighing over 1500g we will endeavour to despatch the publication(s) by courier 1-3 day service. Any shopping online orders which are urgently required, customers should contact hvcapublications@welplan.co.uk or call us on 01768 860405 to make special delivery arrangements.
